DIET TEA CAKE 
10 pkgs. Sweet n' Low
1 c. butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Flour

Work in enough flour to make a thick dough. Roll on floured board. Cut with cookie cutter. Place on greased cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Cook until light brown. To make regular tea cakes use 3 cups sugar in place of Sweet n' Low.
