BANANA CAKE 
1/2 c. mashed banana
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (4 serving size) French vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend, then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Do not underbake.

Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove and finish cooling on rack. Top with confectioners' sugar glaze: Gradually add 1 tablespoon milk or water to 1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar.
