LIME JELLO DELIGHT 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream (heavy)
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can chunky pineapple, drained (reserve liquid)
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 jar maraschino cherries (chop most, cut 10 in half)

Dissolve Jello with boiling water according to package directions, cut cream cheese into chunks, place in warm Jello water, stir with hand mixer. When melted, add pineapple juice and cold water to equal 2 cups. Stir. Slice cherries, chop walnuts. When almost set (firm but soft) whip whipping cream, fold in whipping cream, 3/4 cup of nuts, pineapple and chopped cherries. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top and place cherry halves on the top to decorate.
