SOUR CREAM ENCHILADAS 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Durkee Sour Cream Dip and Sauce Mix
1 sm. can diced chili peppers
1/2 tsp. salt

FILLING:

1 Brick Cheddar cheese (grated)
1 med. onion (chopped)
2 lbs. hamburger
1 doz. flour tortillas
1 c. oil

Combine ingredients for sauce and beat until smooth.

Mix cheese and onions together. Heat oil on stove and fry tortillas in oil for a few seconds and drain. Fry hamburger with about 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt; drain. Place meat on tortillas then add some cheese and onion mixture. Spread some sauce along top of tortilla and roll tortilla, the sauce along top will help hold tortilla together. Place tortillas in greased bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

If there is any ingredients leftover just spread on top of tortillas before baking.
