SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
2 c. sour cream
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs, separated

Plump raisins in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain before adding to recipe.

Combine cornstarch, sugar, and salt in saucepan. Add slightly beaten egg yolks with sour cream. Cook and stir constantly over medium heat until thickens. Beat egg whites for meringue. Put into pie shell and chill.
