SCALLOPED HASH BROWNS 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. grated American cheese
2 c. corn flakes

Spread potatoes in buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, except corn flakes and pour over potatoes. Stir an additional 2 teaspoons butter with corn flakes and spread over top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. May be prepared and refrigerated or frozen prior to baking.
