CHILI RELLENOS 
1 lg. can chilies
1/4 cube butter
2 tbsp. flour
8 eggs
1 lb. cheese
1 c. milk

Oil baking dish. Slice chilies and put layer in bottom of dish. Cover with sliced cheese. Dot with butter. Make second layer. Beat eggs, milk, flour and pour over chilies, lifting to distribute milk under chilies. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
