MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Combine all ingredients including juice from oranges. Mix well. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

ICING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Combine all ingredients. Beat well until it looks like whipping cream. Spread between layers and on top and sides of cooled layers. Store in a cool place.

NOTE: Icing spreads better if made while layers are baking and let set in refrigerator while layers are cooling.
