CHICKEN AND ASPARAGUS QUICHE 
1 pie crust
1/2 pkg. cream cheese

Spread cream cheese over crust.

FILLING:

1 or 2 cooked, boneless chicken breast
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 lb. fresh asparagus trimmed with middle of spears chopped

CUSTARD:

6 eggs
2 to 2 1/2 c. half & half
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar

ING:

3 oz. shredded Havarti

Bake 45 minutes at 340 degrees, covered.
