SUPER EASY ROTISSIERIE STYLE
CHICKEN
 
I promise you will never buy rotisserie chicken from the store again! So simple and SOOOOO good, the skin turns out so crispy. It is amazing.

1 (3 to 5 lb.) whole chicken
non-stick cooking spray (I use Pam w/ Olive Oil)
sea salt
fresh cracked black pepper

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Wash the chicken. Place chicken on a oven broiler pan, or if you don't have one, a baking pan. Spray with non-stick cooking spray all over. Sprinkle generously with sea salt. Crack the black pepper all over the chicken generously. Place chicken in the middle rack.

Bake for about 90 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
