RHUBARB DESSERT | |
1 3/4 c. oatmeal 2 c. brown sugar 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Mix and add 1 cup melted butter. Pat into large cake pan. Cover with 8 cups cut-up rhubarb. Cook until clear 2 cups sugar, 1 1/2 cups water, and 4 tablespoons cornstarch. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over rhubarb and top with remaining crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
