1 lb. sweet potatoes, about 3
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
Marshmallows

Boil potatoes and peel. Mash the potatoes with butter while hot. Add all other ingredients except marshmallows. Put in baking dish. Top with marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered until marshmallows are browned.
