CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT 
2 c. milk
2 small pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
2 pkg. graham crackers
1 tub chocolate frosting

Put 2 cups milk in bowl. Mix in pudding mix, then add Cool Whip. Put layer of graham crackers on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Put 1/2 pudding mixture on top, then graham crackers, then rest of pudding, then crackers again. Heat tub of frosting in microwave until thin. Pour over last layer. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Best if overnight. Cut and eat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
