RICE PUDDING 
2 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. evaporated or scalded milk
3/4 c. brown sugar or white sugar
3 tbsp. soft butter
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. raisins

Combine all ingredients and pour in a lightly greased crockpot, cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 hours. Stir during the first 30 minutes of cooking time. Can be cooked on low temperature for approximately 6 hours.
