HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
2 lbs. broiler or fryer pieces
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 1/4 oz. can sliced pineapple
1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce
2 tbsp. honey

Place chicken in baking dish (approximately 12 x 8 x 2). Season with salt and pepper. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, drain pineapple; reserve 2 tablespoons liquid. Combine reserved liquid, Heinz 67 sauce and honey; pour over chicken. Bake additional 25 minutes, basting occasionally. Arrange pineapple over and around chicken and bake 10 minutes longer. Spoon sauce over chicken. Makes 4 servings.
