SHEET CHEESE CAKE 
1. CRUST:

2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar

2. FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 beaten eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

3. TOPPING:

2 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Layer in order. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Refrigerate overnight.
