HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
Potato Buds (instant puffs)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. instant minced onions
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
1 c. milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, 1 1/2 cups of instant puffs (dry), the egg, salt, pepper, onion, catsup and milk. Spread in ungreased pie pan, 9 x 1 1/2 inch. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes.

Prepare remaining instant puffs as directed on package for 4 servings. Top baked meat loaf with mashed potatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 3 to 4 minutes longer or until cheese melts. Yield: 4 or 5 servings.
