HAMBURGER AND RICE CASSEROLE 
3 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, cut up
1 green pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Put this in an electric skillet and cook slow for 1/2 hour, stirring once in a while. Then you add 3/4 cup Minute Rice and 1 can of tomatoes. Stir and let cook for 2 hours on slow, stirring occasionally so as not to stick.
