TURKEY CORN CHOWDER 
1/4 c. butter
4 med. onions, sliced
5 med. potatoes, sliced
2 stalks celery
4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 lb. can cream style corn
3 c. cut-up cooked turkey
2 c. water
1 chicken bouillon cube
5 c. milk
2 (12 oz.) cans vacuum packed corn
1 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. parsley
2 tbsp. butter

Saute onions in butter in large kettle. Add potatoes, celery, salt, pepper, water, and bouillon cube. Cook covered 15 minutes. Add milk and rest of ingredients except butter and parsley.
