CHOW MEIN 
2 lbs. chow mein meat
3 c. celery
1 baseball size onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can Chinese vegetables, drained & rinsed
1 can mushrooms
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. molasses
1 can beef broth

Brown meat, season with salt, pepper, onion and garlic. Add beef broth and enough water to cook meat until tender (1/4" over meat 25 minutes). Add celery and onion, cook 15 to 20 minutes. Add veggies, mushrooms, etc. Cook 20 minutes. Add soy sauce and molasses. Add Kitchen Bouquet if needed. Add enough cornstarch to water for thickening. Do not boil. Slow simmer.
