SOUTHERN POTATO SALAD 
6 med. potatoes
4 eggs
2 sweet pickles (sm.)
1 dill pickle (med.)
1 onion (sm.)
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. mustard
Dill pickle juice
Pepper to taste
Celery seed to taste

Boil potatoes in jackets until done. Cool, peel, and cube. Boil eggs, cool, peel, and dice small. Dice pickles and onions small. Set these aside in a large bowl. Combine Miracle Whip, mustard, pepper, and celery seed in small bowl. Add enough dill pickle juice to make creamy. Add to salad ingredients and mix well (using the hands is best). Chill overnight and serve. Feeds 6 hearty people.
