VENUS DE MILO SOUP 
2 lbs. hamburger
2 lg. cans College Inn chicken broth
1 bag Birds Eye frozen mixed vegetables
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 box Orzo rice pasta
1 lg. can Pastene ground crushed peeled tomatoes

Fry hamburger. In large pot, pour in chicken broth. Add hamburger, celery and onion. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Then add tomatoes and vegetables and simmer another 20 minutes.

Cook Orzo's according to package directions, drain, and add to soup at the end. Top with grated cheese when serving if desired. This soup can really be appreciated in the fall and winter weather. It's really delicious and so easy to make.
