HARRIET'S PORK CHOP DINNER 
4 center cut pork chops
1 fresh tomato
1 avocado
2-4 c. cooked rice or noodles
1 c. mushroom soup
1/3 can water
8-12 fresh mushrooms, sliced

In an electric skillet (fry pan), brown pork chops and season with salt and pepper to taste. Slice tomato and avocado on each chop. Put cooked rice or noodles over the chops and spoon soup and water and mushroom mixture over rice or noodles. Simmer covered for 30-40 minutes, spooning the juice over the top from time to time.
