NO-COOKING BANANA SPLIT PIE | |
CRUST: 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/2 c. melted butter (do not use whipped butter) 1/4 c. sugar Mix together and press into the bottom of a 13x9x2 inch baking dish (glass will work best). Chill one hour. FILLING: 2 c. powdered sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. butter (do not use whipped butter) Cream together and spread over the crumb crust. Chill one hour. TOPPING: 4-5 ripe bananas, sliced 2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, drained 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. whipping cream, whipped 1 c. chopped pecans 1 (4 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained and chopped Layer the toppings over the filling in the order listed. Cut into squares. Makes 12-15 servings. Keep refrigerated. |
