SUKIYAKI 
1 lb. thinly sliced lean beef
8 mushrooms, preferably Japanese Shitake mushroom
1 pkg. tofu, diced in sm. pieces
2 leeks, cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces
Handful Enoki mushrooms
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
4 raw eggs (optional)

Saute beef in shallow skillet with oil. Add soy sauce and sugar. Saute until beef is tender. Add leeks and mushrooms, stir and add tofu. When all ingredients are dark (brown) it's ready to eat.

OPTIONAL: Stir 1 raw egg in small bowl for each person. Dip meat mixture in raw egg with fork or chop sticks. Enjoy! This authentic Japanese style of eating sukiyaki.
