CREAMED PORK CHOPS 
4 thick pork chops
Oil
1 1/2 can (10 1/2 oz. each) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
2 stalks celery, finely cut
4 slices wheat bread, toasted & cubed
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt & black pepper
2 red apples, unpeeled, sliced

Wipe pork chops with damp paper toweling. Brown them in a little heated oil. Arrange chops in oiled baking dish. Combine soup and milk, mixing until creamy and smooth. Add celery, bread cubes, poultry seasoning, salt and black pepper, mixing well. Pour mixture over the chops. Sprinkle with apple slices. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chops are done.
