LASAGNA SPIRALS 
28 oz. tomatoes, chopped
6 oz. tomato paste
2 tbsp. Durkee red hot cayenne pepper sauce
1 tsp. French garlic powder
1 lb. ground turkey
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. water
15 oz. ricotta cheese
1 egg
8 cooked lasagna noodles
1/2 c. Cheddar, shredded
1/2 c. Monterey Jack, shredded

In medium saucepan combine tomatoes, paste, hot sauce and garlic powder; simmer, stirring 20 minutes. Transfer to bowl. In same pan brown turkey. Add taco seasoning, water and simmer 15 minutes.

Combine ricotta cheese and eggs. Spread evenly on noodles. Top with turkey mixture. Roll up jelly roll style. Place 1/2 tomato sauce 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place over prepared lasagna roll in dish. Top with remaining sauce and shredded cheese. Bake, cover at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
