HAZEL'S CRUNCHY GRANOLA 
5 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
2 c. wheat bran cereal
1 c. whole or slivered almonds
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. sunflower oil or corn oil
1 c. dark raisins, or chopped dates or dried mixed fruits or combination

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Line a large shallow roasting pan with foil. In a large bowl combine the first five ingredients. In a saucepan heat the honey and oil just until it bubbles on the side. Pour this over the oat mixture and toss. Spread this in the pan and bake 40 to 50 minutes or until golden. Stir every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and stir in fruit. Cool before storing.
