DINNER ROLLS 
1 1/2 c. milk (heated)
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 pkg. dry yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. lukewarm water and 1 tsp. sugar
6 1/2 to 7 c. flour

Mix well and let rise until about double in bulk, about 1 1/2 hours. Form in rolls and place on greased cookie sheets. Let rise again for about 1 hour and bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen rolls.
