GRANDMA'S GROOVY GOURMET GRAVY | |
1 lb. sausage 1 med. onion, finely chopped 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/2 c. beef roast drippings or beef bouillon 1/2 c. flour 5 c. milk Start cooking by browning the sausage and onion in a good-sized skillet. Add spices after a few minutes. When sausage and onion are almost done, remove 3/4 of the meat. Stir in the flour and let it cook a while. Then add the milk and drippings while stirring constantly. |
