GINGER GLAZED CARROTS 
4 tbsp. unsalted butter
Salt & pepper
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger or 1 tsp. dry ginger
1/2 c. water
6-8 med. carrots, peeled & sliced
2-3 tbsp. clover honey

In 10" skillet melt butter and add next 4 ingredients. Cover tightly and steam 5 to 6 minutes. Remove lid and cook until most of water is gone. Add honey and stir to coat evenly.
