MARSHMALLOW CREAM FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 jar Kraft marshmallow cream
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Stir together sugar, butter, milk and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes or it comes to the soft ball stage. Take from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips, marshmallow cream and nuts. Pour into a butter dish and let cool completely before cutting.

You can also use other chips. Peanut butter, white chocolate, mint chocolate. Any flavor that comes in chips can be used. They are all wonderful.
