COTTAGE CHEESE PATTIES 
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. oats, uncooked
1 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs
Season to taste, i.e. sage, poultry seasoning, garlic or garlic salt, onions, soy sauce

Shape into small, thin patties. Fry in small amount of oil until brown. Good with gravy or mushroom sauce. Also good as a substitute for hamburger patties.
