CORN O'BRIEN 
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 to 2 c. canned whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 c. chopped pimentos
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Cook celery in butter 5 minutes. Add corn, pimento, salt and pepper. Cook 10 minutes longer, stirring lightly. Frozen corn can be substituted for canned.
