1 egg white, beaten until frothy
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 lb. pecans

Combine above ingredients. Place on a foiled lined cookie sheet and bake at 200 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
