1/4 lb. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 1/4 c. quick Quaker Oats

Heat first 4 ingredients to a rolling boil. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Remove from heat. Add the oats. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
