WATERGATE CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 c. club soda or 7-Up
3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. nuts

TOPPING:

1 1/4 c. cold milk
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
9 oz. Cool Whip

Mix dry cake mix with other cake ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 35-40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Mix topping and add to cooled cake. Refrigerate.

Variation: Use chocolate cake mix and chocolate instant pudding.
