COMPANY POTATO CASSEROLE 
32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns, defrosted
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. butter

Mix all ingredients except corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter in a large bowl. Transfer and spread out in an oven proof baking dish. Melt 1/4 cup butter and mix with corn flakes. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
