STRAWBERRY MOUSSE | |
1 pt. strawberries, sliced 2 egg whites 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 3 1/2 c. thawed Birds Eye Cool Whip extra creamy whipped topping Beat strawberries, egg whites, sugar and lemon juice in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until mixture begins to thicken, increase speed to high and continue beating until stiff peaks form, about 10 minutes. Fold in whipped topping, chill. Makes 12 servings. |
