SKILLET BEANS AND CORN 
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. green pepper
1 chopped onion, small
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (10 oz.) frozen whole corn
1 bag tortilla chips

In 10 inch skillet over medium heat in butter, cook onion, pepper, until tender. Then add flour, paprika, and salt. Cook 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk, cook until thin. Then add beans, corn, cook until corn is done. Serve with chips.
