WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING 
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. vegetable shortening
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cook flour and milk until thick (can shake in jar before cooking to remove lumps). In mixer put butter and shortening. Beat 4 minutes. Gradually add granulated sugar and beat 4 more minutes. Add vanilla and blend. Will frost one layer on small cake. Double for large cake.
