CRANBERRY PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. dry red wine
1/2 c. honey
1 c. fresh cranberries

In skillet, brown chops in hot oil; season with salt and pepper. Drain off excess fat. Combine wine and honey. Pour over chops. Cover and simmer 1 hour, adding cranberries about 10 minutes before end of cooking time. 4 servings.
