GRANDMA'S CHEESECAKE 
1 lg. box lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can Pet evaporated milk, whipped

Mix Jello, water and let cool to a soft gel. Mix sugar and cream cheese. Add to Jello mixture along with 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix together and pour into baked pie crusts or graham cracker crusts. Makes 2 large pies. Refrigerate pies.

To whip evaporated milk, chill or freeze to a slushy content and whip like cream.
