PINEAPPLE DIP 
1 fresh pineapple
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) can crushed & drained pineapple
1 jar chutney

Slice side of pineapple; dig out inside. Mix crushed-drained pineapple with cream cheese. Add to cut off/cut out fresh pineapple. Top with chutney. Add more chutney as needed. Put pineapple chunks around pineapple and/or crackers.
