2 1/4 oz. can potato stix
2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans French Fried onion rings
1 c. butter
1 lb. mixed nuts
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Lawrey's seasoned salt
9 oz. Rice Chex
7 oz. Cheerios

Mix butter and salt; place in large roasting pan. Add all other ingredients. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Stir every 15 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
