PACIFIC LIME MOLD 
1 c. boiling water
3 oz. pkg. lime gelatin
9 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add juice from pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened, then beat until frothy. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into Pyrex dish until set. Top with sour cream, if desired. Double, triple, etc., for larger quantities.
