6 eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. vanilla

Beat well. Add 2 pints whipping cream. Fill to line on ice cream. Make with milk (2 to 3 quarts). You may add 1/2 cup cocoa if you want chocolate ice cream.
