SNICKERDOODLES 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Cream butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients (flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt). Roll dough into 1" balls and dip them in sugar and cinnamon. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
