VERONICA'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 pork roast
1 (7 bone) beef roast
4 cloves garlic
8 lg. cans tomato paste
2 lg. cans Progresso Whole Tomatoes with basil
1 bunch french basil leaves (sweet if possible)
1 bunch fresh oregano (or diced)
Salt and sugar to taste

In a 20 quart pot saute garlic in olive oil. Add meat and brown. Add whole tomatoes (crush by hand as adding). Add tomato paste. Fill with water to within 3 inches of top of pot.

Add basil and oregano. Bring to boil and simmer. Add salt and/or sugar to taste. Simmer 4 to 6 hours. Serve with homemade noodles. Extra may be frozen until needed.
