1/2 lb. hamburger, browned 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 2 sm. chopped fresh tomatoes CRUST: 1 c. Bisquick 1/4 c. water Or 1 can dairy biscuits. Press the biscuits into an 8"x8" pan. Layer the tomatoes, green pepper and meat over the biscuits. TOPPING: 1/2 c. sour cream (or cottage cheese) 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese |
